Controlling Specialist/ Financial Controller

CONTROLLING SPECIALIST / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER


Place of work: Topole 40 near Chojnice

 

Your role in the organization

The person employed in the position of Controlling Specialist will be responsible for the timely preparation and development of controlling and financial reports regarding analyses of profitability and operating costs as well as financial liquidity.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • preparation of the annual budget, forecast, multi-annual plan and control of their implementation and analysis of deviations,

  • providing reliable management information for decision-making by the company's management,

  • analyzing profitability by products, distribution channels, customers, etc.,

  • adapting the chart of accounts to the needs of management accounting,

  • creating a structure of revenue and cost centers,

  • preparing data on reserves and write-offs for the accounting department,

  • preparation of monthly management reports for the company's management,

  • preparing ad hoc reports and analyses for the Management Board, external advisors and auditors,

  • active participation in the development of management reports in the COMARCH OPTIMA system,

  • participation in the implementation of the budgeting process,

  • ensuring the consistency and correctness of management data,

  • ongoing control of the correctness of accounting records

  • preparation of reports on financial liquidity


What will it take to be fulfilled in this position?

  • at least 3 years of experience in controlling (preferably in a production company),

  • very good knowledge of MS Office,

  • ability to use databases for analytical purposes,

  • knowledge of the ERP system,

  • the ability to think analytically and draw synthetic conclusions,

  • highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,

  • focus on solving problems and achieving set goals,

  • very good organization of own work,

  • practical knowledge of economics, controlling, financial and management accounting,

  • knowledge of English at a level that allows fluent communication is welcome,

  • higher education in a field
