Big congratulations to Adam Karkoszka ! During a gala dinner in the company of the ILS Logistics project management team in Brașov, Romania, Krzysztof Sutowski , owner of A1 Sorter , officially announced the promotion of Adam Karkoszka to the position of Field Engineer Supervisor. In a friendly atmosphere, toasts were made and wishes for further successes were exchanged. Krzysztof Sutowski also thanked the team for completing the project according to schedule.
Adam, in his new role, will be responsible for coordinating a team of supervisors on projects implementing the Skypod System from EXOTEC in Romania. His scope of responsibilities includes, among others, supervision of IT, mechanical and electrical system installations, as well as system testing and their integration with customers' WMS systems.
He will also monitor and analyze bug reports and work with external companies to improve IT systems. An extremely important part of his job will be to lead a team of engineers and share knowledge with the team to ensure the highest quality of project implementation.
This is another step forward in Adam's career and we are thrilled to celebrate this success with him!
