Exotec awarded A1 Sorter the Global Integrator of the Year 2024 award.
With this award, Exotec recognizes A1 Sorter's outstanding achievements in sales and customer service. Polish logistics integrator A1 Sorter is this year's winner of the Exotec Global Integrator of the Year Award . Exotec® , a global brand that develops scalable robotic systems for intralogistics and implements them as warehouse automation solutions, presented its award during a visit to A1 Sorter's headquarters.
The Exotec Global Integrator of the Year Award was created to highlight partners who embody Exotec’s core values by delivering world-class customer service.
The assessment mainly took into account:
Quality of service for joint clients
The size of the joint business and the rate of growth
Engagement in mutual activities
Exotec has been operating in Central and Eastern Europe through A1 Sorter since the end of 2020. Warehouse automation is also gaining momentum in this region, not least because of the constantly growing shortage of personnel in the logistics sector. Exotec's goal for 2024 and beyond is to increasingly serve the developing markets of Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia with A1 Sorter.
