Automated conveyor systems for your warehouse
Skypath ® is an innovative, turnkey, automated conveyor system consisting of straight, curved and inclined building blocks that meet the needs of most customers. With its unique modular design, Skypath can be implemented in a matter of weeks, without complicated equipment integration and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Fast installation, easy scalability and high performance
Modular and pre-programmed conveyors designed to reduce installation and setup time. Control is 100% API-based and does not require on-site controller programming. Up to 2,700 bins per hour and 72 meters per minute (236 feet per minute).
Plug & Play
Skypath is supplied pre-wired and does not require on-site PLC programming. Built-in software helps identify the conveyor layout, greatly increasing installation speed. 500 meters (1,640 feet) of conveyors can be installed in less than 200 hours.
Performance Guarantee
With software and elegant engineering, the conveyors can achieve a maximum throughput of 2,700 totes per hour and speeds of up to 72 meters per minute (236 feet per minute). Built-in sensors and 24/7/365 support provide rapid diagnostics and remote intervention, minimizing downtime.
Scale adapted to customer needs
With a modular design consisting of straight, curved and inclined building blocks, Skypath meets most logistics and warehouse layout needs. The automated conveyor system can be easily modified to adapt to rapidly changing customer needs.
